- Conduct thorough equipment analysis and investigation to ensure production targets are achieved.
- Strictly adhere to safety protocols and ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate's degree in Engineering or related field preferred
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in equipment maintenance within a manufacturing environment
- Exceptional knowledge of electrical, mechanical, and pneumatic systems
- Proven ability to lead and mentor a team of maintenance technicians
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to compete effectively in a fast-paced environment
