JOB SUMMARY: As a part of our team, you will play a key role in the production, setup, and coordination of various events for the Rangers Events Department.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS OF POSITION INCLUDE, BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO:

  • Assist in the production, setup, teardown, and execution of a wide range of events in the Rangers Events department, from major events like concerts and sporting events to small events like corporate retreats and meetings
  • Coordinate and manage events by escorting clients, overseeing arrivals and departures, supervising areas, and ensuring smooth crowd control
  • Maintain inventory logs of all equipment used for events
  • Set up and dismantle various event elements such as tables, chairs, stages, and audio-visual equipment
  • Support event and production staff with AV assets, lighting, and audio systems
  • Conduct maintenance tasks to ensure all inventory is in optimal condition
  • Provide technical support for any computer or hardware issues that may arise during events
  • Ability to lift up to 50lbs and load/unload up to 75lbs
  • Perform any other duties as assigned

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • High School graduate or equivalent
  • 1-2 years of experience in fast-paced live event productions and entertainment
  • Familiarity with Adobe After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator, Final Cut Pro, Microsoft Office, and other relevant software
  • Prior experience in event venues like arenas, stadiums, or convention centers is a plus
  • Experience in installing audio, video, and lighting systems preferred
  • Knowledge of electronics, Audio and Video systems, and production equipment
  • Experience with video streaming services and live event production
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work well with others
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Willingness to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
