Summary

You will serve as a Maintenance Superintendent in the Facilities Management and Sustainment Product Line of NAVFAC ENGINEERING CMD MID-ATLANTIC.



Duties
  • You will be responsible for all organizational and financial control issues associated with the branch.
  • You will assure adequate quality control measures and indicators are in place to ensure smooth job scheduling, accurate estimating, high levels of productivity and quality workmanship.
  • You will work to resolve all active grievances in the branch.
  • You will be responsible for ensuring compliance with all applicable locale, State, and Federal Environmental Laws and Regulations.
  • You will balance workload and resources and resolves differences over branch operations between the subordinate supervisors.
  • You will administers adverse personnel actions including suspensions, demotions and removals.
  • You will determine critical elements, sets performance standards and makes a formal performance appraisal of subordinate supervisors.
  • You will work with the Command affirmative action plan to ensure EEO and upward mobility thrives in the Department.
