The Opportunity

As the Senior Program Manager of Global Regulatory Reporting, you will manage and execute our global regulatory reporting program. You will work independently to create, enhance, and implement all policies communications, and training necessary for the successful execution of the program. You will report to the Director of Global Regulatory Compliance and will work hybrid to our West Chester, PA headquarters.

Your ImpactCreate and improve our global regulatory reporting program, including data capture, review, reporting, and retention.Collaborate with other teams and partners to manage vendor assessment, feedback, and accountability processes.Influence and collaborate across the organization to lead program improvements.Drive efficiencies in the reporting program by identifying opportunities for automation, including the potential use of AI and other machine learning technologies.Engage with Legal, Claims, Customer Call Center, and other customer-facing departments to ensure all product claims and allegations are included in the reporting process.Respond to regulatory agency inquiries, including requests for supplemental information.Establish regulatory reporting metrics and tracking mechanisms to maintain regulatory compliance.What You BringBachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education and work experience in a relevant field.Minimum of five years of related professional experience.Project management experienceExperience with data analytics and reporting.Experience working in a multicultural, global environment with knowledge of requirements in the United States, the European Union, and other international, federal, state, and local agencies. #LI-KW1, #LI-Hybrid Join us as we enrich life's everyday moments – including yours.
