Sentara is looking for a Registered Nurse to join the Home Care Gloucester team. This is a part time position of 28 hours weekly.

Job Requirements:
RN-Associate's Degree OR RN-Bachelor's Level Degree OR RN-Diploma (Non-degree) Required: Basic Cardiac Life Support, Registered Nurse Required: 12+ months experience required. Preferred: Previous Home Care experience

Sentara Home Care Services provides a full spectrum of home care services to meet the individual needs of patients. Job Summary
The Registered Nurse develops, implements and evaluates plans of care for specific patient populations. Coordinates and collaborates with multidisciplinary team members to facilitate integrated and comprehensive care. Possesses clinical knowledge and skills to meet standards as required by specific clinical areas.
Additional experience for specialty areas may be required. Nursing experience preferred.
Qualifications:
N-2YR - RN-Associate's Degree (Required), N-3YR - RN-Diploma (Non-degree) (Required), N-4YR - RN-Bachelor's Level Degree (Required), N-6YR - RN-Master's Level Degree, N-DN - RN-Doctorate Level Degree
Basic Life Support (BLS) - Certification - American Heart Association (AHA) RQI, Registered Nurse (RN) Single State - Nursing License - North Carolina, Registered Nurse (RN) Single State - Nursing License - Virginia, Registered Nurse License (RN) - Nursing License - Compact/Multi-State License
