You can become a part of the team that achieves this success through our CREATE values of Community, Respect, Excellence, Accountability, Teamwork and Empathy.The Emergency Room RN:Complete assessments, administer medications/treatments, observes patients progress and evaluates therapies for clinical outcomes and effectivenessCollaborate with physicians and other medical professionals to develop an optimal health care strategy plan for each patientSupport and educate patients and their loves ones to achieve maximum outcomesAlong with excellent critical thinking skills, a desire to exceed patient expectations and good interpersonal skills, are requiredScheduled hours: 32 hours, night shift, every other weekend and holiday rotationEDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:Graduate of an accredited school of nursing. Previous experience and BSN preferred.
