The primary purpose of this position is to serve as a focal point for Organizational Health and Development duties to optimize organizational and business practices in support of the organization mission and workforce.



Duties
  1. Performs selected tasks and phases of routine studies and projects that require application of basic occupational field theory and principles in the technical area of Management and Program Analysis.
  2. Participates with Senior Personnel in conducting non-routine projects and the planning, monitoring, and conducting special studies, projects and initiatives such as, enterprise-wide initiatives.
  3. Under the direction of senior personnel, provides advisory and support services to managers, supervisors and employees on employee development programs.
  4. Uses multiple office automation software (i.e. word processing, existing databases/spreadsheets, graphics) with varied functions to produce a wide range of documents, formats, etc.
  5. Independently carries out assignments in accordance with instructions and standard procedures.
