Corteva has an exciting opportunity for an Administrative Assistant to join our company at our Connell WA location. \r
VISA Sponsorship is not available for this position. Relocation assistance is not offered for this position. This role will be on-site at the Corteva location. \r

What You'll Do:
\r

  • Provide administrative support to manufacturing plant and field operations. \r
  • Perform daily reception activities effectively and welcome visitors and business partners to the location. \r
  • Collaborate with site production, agronomy, and external partners (seed growers). \r
  • Handle accounts receivable and accounts payable processing for the site. \r
  • Create, develop, and maintain data entry processes across departments. \r
  • Handle daily transactions for operations with high accuracy. \r
  • Prepare correspondence, documents and reports. \r
  • Assist with contract administration duties, office supply ordering & other plant purchasing needs. \r
  • Assist with records management around quality programs and training. \r
  • Support Continuous Improvement activities around Safety, Quality, and Productivity. \r
  • Tracking of documentation and assist training coordinator for proper document control. \r
  • Data entry for record keeping (i.e. safety training, etc.). \r
  • Perform other duties as assigned. \r

QualificationsEducation:
\r

  • You have a High School Diploma/GED. \r

What Skills You Need:
\r

  • You are a computer Guru Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, etc.), computer applications, SharePoint, etc. You name it, you rock it \r
  • You have 2 years of administrative, accounting, or other related business office education/experience. \r
  • You value serving the business and our customers, so you are willing and able to work overtime as needed during peak seasons. This is primarily a day shift position but weekends are required during the peak season of mid-August to late October. \r
  • You respect yourself and others and have a strong ethical mindset, therefore you are able to maintain confidentiality and discretion. \r
  • You are able to prioritize tasks and have excellent time management skills. \r
  • Your attention to detail and organizational skills are outstanding \r
  • You have good verbal, interpersonal, and writing skills. \r
  • You are creative and enjoy the challenge of guiding projects for the location. \r
  • You are welcoming and engaging and love being the face of the business as you greet guests when they come in the door. \r

What Makes You Stand Out:

  • An associate's degree. \r
  • Project coordination experience. \r
  • Records management experience. \r
Salary Range The salary range for this position is $ $22.70 hourly. This reflects a reasonable estimate of the targeted base salary for this role. This role is also eligible for an annual bonus.

Based on factors such as geographic location and candidate qualifications, actual base pay is determined when an employment offer is made.
