  • Managing the APQP-Process for supplier parts from product design to transfer to Webasto plant
  • Assessing Feasibility Studies of Suppliers
  • Documenting and monitoring APQP status and progress
  • Preparing, Validating, and Approving PPAP/PPF
  • Executing and approving Production Processes
  • Verifying Production Capacity
  • Conducting root cause analysis for technical deviations, defining corrective actions, and escalating when necessary
  • Ensuring compliance with Webasto PEP process and utilization of SIPOCs
  • Updating APQP status for Lead ASQE and escalating deviations to the project plan
  • Overseeing vendor parts until GW 5

Requirements:

  • Engineering degree or professional training with a focus on Quality Management
  • Familiarity with electronic components like PCBAs, ASICs, and Relays
  • Previous experience in the field
  • Strong grasp of Production Techniques and Processes
  • Knowledge of Automotive-Q-methods (APQP, FMEA, MSA, PPAP, SPC, ...)
  • Ability to comprehend technological relationships
  • Familiarity with Norms, Customer Requirements, Component, and Tolerance Requirements
  • Excellent teamwork skills
  • Self-reliant and assertive
  • Proficient in English
  • Experience with MS-Office, ERP, and Quality Management
  • Communication skills for engaging with suppliers at national and international levels
  • Experienced in defining component APQP and PPAP Level, PPAP status for the Gateway Checklist, and releasing Production Processes
  • Capable of verifying Production Capacities

KPI's:

  • Ensuring PPAP on time & first time right
  • Meeting APQP Milestones promptly
  • Successfully passing Gateway 4B on time
  • Managing Launch ppm according to target
