Warehouse Administrator

Responsibilities:Maintaining inventory records for all incoming and outgoing items.Coordinating warehouse to ensure that orders are shipped on time, damaged items are replaced, and maintain effective communication with customers.Performing administrative tasks such as ordering new inventory items and investigating any inventory discrepancies.Reviewing inventory reports to identify problems with supply levels or product quality and working with suppliers to resolve these issues.Coordinating with companies to arrange for timely shipments.Communicating with customers about order status via email or phone.Education: High school diploma or equivalent.Experience/Skills:At least 2 years of experience as a Warehouse Administrator or similar role.At least 2 years of Inventory Management experience.Excellent organizational and time-management skillsEffective communication skills, written and verbal.Excellent math skills and analytical abilities.Proficiency with Warehouse Management Software, Microsoft applications, and email.Forklift certification preferred.
