As a Recreation Fee Technician, you will perform the following duties:

Troubleshoots issues with fee program related technologies and equipment (e.g., hardware, software, peripheral devices, computers, registers, mobile phones, and reservation systems).

Transports recreation fee revenue and/or donations collected from one or more fee collection locations.
Ensures proper security, internal controls, and accountability of funds during transport.
Assists in the orientation, mentoring, and training of new employees, volunteers, and/or interns.
Provides information to customers concerning the National Park Service and surrounding areas.
Collects Park fees at park entrances, campgrounds, fee cannisters, and donation boxes.
Completes shift reports to verify money collected, accountable stock sold, and all machine transactions.
Inventories and restocks fee program supplies.
Completes accountability records for fee collection transactions.
