About You

You are a fit for the role, Sr Manager Application Development if you have:

  • Bachelors degree in Information Technology or related field
  • Extensive experience managing teams with an emphasis on performance management. Ability to lead and develop a team, set and communicate clear goals, and give feedback and coaching to direct reports
  • Experience in leading and supporting technical engineering teams on multiple projects
  • Ability to solve ambiguous problems across the software development lifecycle
  • Ability to lead cross-functional project teams and influence across functions
  • Strong technical skills, including the ability to evaluate and decide on new technologies, manage software development, improve software architecture, and set testing and debugging strategies
