Our employees must embody Koa's 4 core value, positivity, dedication, being team first, and having fun The Site Coordinator of Flag Football is in charge of managing parts of Koa flag football and ensuring delivery of a top-notch Game Day Experience. Including, but not limited to overseeing part time coaches and refs, helping with clinics, promotional days, training, and more.

The hourly job is located on various fields in Montgomery County.

Responsibilities & Duties:
  • Ensure Koa Flag staff is on time, prepared, trained, and in proper Koa Gear
  • Drive Koa vehicle to the field and properly set up/break down the flag football fields
  • Handle Game Day issues & disputes
  • Help injured players- including having the ability to call 911
  • Ability to fill in and coach or officiate flag football
  • Help Koa Management recruit, train, and schedule all Koa coaches (including parent coaches) and referees
  • Professionally interact with parents
  • Inventory all flag football equipment
  • Answer general phone calls and & flag football specific questions
  • This position reports directly to Koa's CEO, Tony Korson
    Qualifications & Skills:
  • Played at least high school football
  • Proficient use of a stopwatch
● Proficient communication, verbal and electronic

  • Must be available on weekends
  • Excellent problem solver
  • Able to lift equipment of at least 40 pounds
  • Properly line a field (or set up a field)
Can complete 20 continuous pushups in 30 seconds or less
