Our outstanding Stretch 22 Area Manager is the driving force behind our success We are seeking an individual who can leverage their expertise while embracing our unique approach, to effectively lead a team of Stretchologists across the vibrant Seattle Metro area.

The ideal candidate will excel at delivering exceptional customer service, cultivating strong client relationships, and inspiring their team to do the same.

In addition to leading our team of talented Stretchologists, the Area Manager will play a pivotal role in advancing Stretch 22's presence by forging strategic partnerships with wellness and fitness businesses throughout the area.

By surpassing revenue targets, the Area Manager will help propel Stretch 22 to new heights.

Compensation:
Salaried Position with OTE of $74,400 in year 1 with variable compensation that could reach $100,000+ in future years

Responsibilities:

  • Provide client service by administering Stretch 22's assisted stretch
  • Stretching clients for 15 hours a week
  • Managing studios (currently SLU/Madison/Bellevue)
  • Quarterly employee evaluations
  • Training and onboarding new Stretchologists
  • Managing a team of Stretchologists to encourage, motivate, and educate clients about the health and wellness benefits of consistent assisted stretching
  • Managing a team of Stretchologists to create client consistency by booking follow-up appointments, renewing memberships, and conducting daily outreach to leads
  • Participate in community events and social media to drive brand awareness and generate client referrals
  • Participate in weekly leadership reviews to discuss studio performance Qualifications:
  • 1+ years of managerial experience
  • 3+ years of sales
  • A passion for fitness and wellness

$74,400 yearly
