JOB SUMMARY: Manages human resources (HR) for an Area. Implements and audits compliance with company and Region HR policies. Coaches and mentors Branch HR personnel in carrying out compliant HR programs and resolving issues. Performs investigations and provides representation at hearings on HR matters. Provides financial controls for costs related to Worker's Compensation, Benefits, Unemployment and hiring.

Securitas USA is excited to announce an opening for an Area Human Resources Manager in our SeaTac, WA office. We are looking for an energetic talented HR professional to lead our HR operations. Candidates should have a strong understanding of Federal and State laws, a history of building strong business partnerships, and have the ability to lead in a fast-paced hiring environment.

This high-level leadership position is ideal for candidates who have proven to be a leader in recruitment, employee relations, and mentorship of employees. The Area Human Resources Manager is a strategic partner to the local Area Vice President. This position works with the Area Vice President to ensure that branches within a geographic area achieve short-term and long-term revenue growth and profitability goals. This knowledge leader position will require the ability to create and implement strategic goals and practices for operational success.

Area Human Resources Manager Requirements:

  • Bachelors degree preferred and 3 years experience in a HR Manager capacity.
  • Recruitment experience to include the ability to source and post job ads.
  • Employee Relations to include Union related experience.
  • Management Experience with direct reports
  • Calm, polite, and professional behavior.
  • Reliable and self-motivated.
  • Ability to meet deadlines.
  • High level customer service
  • Computer literacy.
  • All candidates must be able to pass a drug test and background check.
