Clinical Secretary

Brief description of duties:
Provide support to patients, staff and academic faculty with administrative, clinical, and research responsibilities. Coordinate all clinical service-related office correspondence. Assist with data base projects as requested. Maintain patient information and files. As well as other miscellaneous duties as assigned.

Qualifications:
Computer literate, strong interpersonal skills, excellent telephone and communication skills. Ability to prioritize and work well under pressure. Good organizational skills. Previous medical office experience helpful.

Education:
Two-year Medical secretarial or Medical Office Assistant degree with at least 2 years' experience or equivalent experience in medical office or clinic setting

Full-time

$18.00 per hour
