Responsibilities
• Provide expert technical support for Datacap 9.1.6 and lower versions.
• Troubleshoot and resolve Datacap-related incidents.
• Monitor and maintain the stability and performance of Datacap applications in both on-premises and AWS cloud environments.
• Experience in application migration to AWS serverless services, ensuring seamless transition and support.
• Provide comprehensive support for .NET applications/services alongside Datacap responsibilities.
• Troubleshoot and resolve application issues, ensuring timely resolution and minimal impact on business processes.
• Acquire and maintain knowledge of these applications to effectively address user inquiries and resolve problems.
• Manage incident tickets related to Datacap and supported applications, prioritizing and escalating issues as needed.
• Participate in change management processes for ensuring successful implementation and minimal disruption.
• Work with the L1 support team for Claims and Correspondence, ensuring their productivity and skill development.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation of support activities and knowledge resources on Confluence for easy access and reference by the team.
• Experience with healthcare industry applications and processes is a plus.
Qualifications:
• Strong technical expertise in Datacap, .NET technologies, and AWS cloud services.
• Experience: 5 years of experience in above skillset

• Provide recommendations on best practices around template development Support User acceptance testing and deployments.

Salary and Other Compensation:
The annual salary for this position is between $55,578 to $92,000 depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
This position is also eligible for Cognizant's discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant's applicable plans.
