What our Assembler II:

  • Inspect parts to ensure 100% quality parts are sent to our customers
  • Inform team of quality alerts
  • Prepare materials or merchandise for assembly line production by reading provided tickets that identify materials needed; gather prescribed materials from stock using forklifts, hand trucks, and rolling carts
  • Assemble various millwork products such as exterior and interior door units, wooden patios, Dutch doors, casing, and window units by reading orders
  • Identify necessary modifications; operate machinery that modifies the product; prepare the product for shipment by applying casing, sleeves, stickers, etc
  • Inspect the overall quality of assembled product throughout the assembly process
