Position Highlights:
Full scope of obstetrics and gynecology services; includes both inpatient and outpatient servicesAcademic department offers a full range of specialties including OBGYN, MFM, Urogynecology and Reconstructive Pelvic Surgery, Gyn Oncology, Reproductive Endocrinology, Minimally Invasive Gynecologic Surgery, Pediatric and Adolescent GynecologyParticipate in education and training of future healthcare leadersDevelop research programs to evaluate new care paradigmsResponsibilities:Evaluates and treats patients with appropriate medical diagnostic and treatment skills. Coordinates discharge planning with case management.Recommends, participates in, and works to ensure the success of efforts to improve cost effectiveness and quality of care provided to patients.Accepts patient referrals from other physicians.
