Delaware North Parks and Resorts is hiring seasonal Front Desk Clerks to join our team at Wuksachi Lodge in Sequoia National Park, California. Pay

*Available for full-time, year-round team members Responsibilities Greet and register guests via a centralized registration system and coordinate with housekeeping as needed
Manage cash and credit card transactions while keeping accurate paperwork
Resolve small guest issues immediately, delivering items to guests as needed
Monitor and balance the daily figures, post room and tax charges on guest accounts
Qualifications Good interpersonal communication skills in person and by phone and previous customer service experience is beneficial
Ability to multitask, function in a professional manner under pressure from guests and supervisors
No high school diploma or GED required
