Analyst, Indirect Procurement (Americas): Become the Newest Member of the VF Family

This position will focus on procurement and contract requirements on behalf of our Brands in the Americas region. This role exists to create and maintain value through supplier negotiations, analytics, collaborating and developing sourcing strategies.

How You Will Make a Difference:

Acquire and develop procurement skills to deliver the following:

Plan and coordinate procurement activities in one or more Procurement categories. Evaluate and recommend opportunities to ensure that the desired business results are achieved based on best total value (savings, quality, delivery, etc.) Compile, analyze, and present data to influence decision making across the business. Construct process templates for tracking results, compliance and savings for functions and brands (financial, compliance, market based, RFx, savings model, other). Analyze, review, and finalize sourcing decisions based on RFx process outcomes, and negotiate regional/national/global agreements to ensure that the selection of suppliers meets all of VF's requirements as determined VF SME's. Manage and track VF corporate contracts with suppliers. Serve as liaison between VF Legal and Suppliers to speed the agreement process, protect the best interests of VF, and ensure successful and timely contract completion. Years of Experience: 1+

Skills for Success:

Bachelor's degree in business, Supply Chain or related field Prior project management background and/or research are a plus Able to influence others with the use of data to see another point-of view Self-starting - proactively pursues courses of action when opportunities present themselves without prompting from others Strong follow through to ensure all elements of a project are in place and functioning properly during and after implementation Must be analytical and able to draw conclusions and make decisions with sometimes limited data Strong verbal and written communication skills. Must have strong presentation skills as well as strong negotiation skills Must be results oriented Hiring Range:

$57,024.00 USD - $71,280.00 USD annually

Incentive Potential: This position is eligible for additional compensation awards that may include an annual incentive plan, sales incentive, or commission potential. Specific details of the additional compensation eligibility for this position will be provided during the recruiting and interview process.
