Key Job Responsibilities

The Lead will work under the supervision of a Service Supervisor or Service Manager to ensure that service work is conducted in a safe, efficient, and cost-effective manager.

  • Primary focus on safe work environment and employing safe work practices on a consistent basis.
  • Lay out and perform complex repairs with a high level of accuracy and quality.
  • Assess equipment repair needs and develop repair processes.
  • Troubleshoot, maintain, and perform minor repairs to most assigned tooling.
  • Work in a diverse team environment.
  • Work efficiently and productively always to maintain a billable rate according to department and company objectives.
  • Minimize loss/spoilage of raw or in process materials.
  • Lead service crews to ensure that work is done safely, efficiently, and cost effectively.
Qualifications/Requirements
  • Technical degree with at least one year of supervisor experience
  • Minimum of 5-years mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, or welding experience
  • Strong understanding of MSHA, OSHA, and DOT regulations
  • Computer skills (i.e. Microsoft 365/Office suites)
