To support all team members through systems, accountability, training, coaching, and the hiring process.

Role Responsibilities

1. Works with the Executive Lead of Operations and Human Resources Specialist to understand hiring needs, communicate scheduling gaps, screen candidates, and interview possible new hires.

a) In-person interviews should be scheduled on specific days each week.

2. Works with Onboarding Lead to ensure execution and completion of the Orientation experience meets compliance standards and culture guard rails.

b) Orientations should be scheduled on a specific day each week.

3. Works with Onboarding Lead to support, train, and lead Coaches.

4. Works with the Executive Lead of Operations and Scheduling Lead to ensure process compliance pertaining to scheduling, labor reporting, and operational needs.

5. Understands, monitors, and reports relevant CEM scores to identify process gaps and improve operational excellence.

6. Champions, utilizes, and encourages organizational uniformity to systems, standards, and expectations around team communication, organizational structure, and culture.

7. Manages potential leadership talent pool through the Expression of Interest form and Leadership Training and Development folder in Basecamp. Will manage this talent pool through Team Member Evaluations, coaching conversations, and pre/post-promotion development opportunities.
