We are looking for journeymen painters/crew leaders(5+ yrs), Strong 2nd painters(3+ yr), & Entry level apprentices interested in learning a new trade.

Part of a full crew thats sick of a toxic employment, we got you(if you're mature). Looking for people willing to be considerate productive professionals. Were here to help our clients, with a strong focus on a good honest experience.

We have a pretty diverse work load and crew. We are a Painting company, with carpenters that manage small remodel scopes and the repair scopes for painting. Old and new Residential, Larger HOA's Communities (no interior apartment bs), property management, decks/stain, lite Remodeling, and full restorations. *Were looking for respectful non-bias positive honest professionals with a good safety culture work ethic to join the team. Pay:
Based on experience: Bring your current paycheck, we'll ensure a raise

-"Forman"; Journeymen / Lead Painter / Crew Leader $24+
  • DOE
-"2nd": Painters with 3+ yrs experience; $21+ per hour
  • DOE
  • Helper/apprentice with minimal experience(all skills matter); $18+ per hour
  • DOE

Requirements:

  • Valid driver's license/Insurance/Vehicle(to get to work everyday not shared).

  • Safety culture practices

Experience in the following is preferred:

  • Customer service skills: conscious, thoughtful, respectful, and considerate.
  • Painting of Interior, exterior, residential, commercial, HOA
  • Spray, Brush and roll applications
  • Prep; Priming, Sanding, Caulking, bondo,
  • Taping off/hand masker experience/protecting adjacent value.
  • Clean practices, including lead safe containment(we train you maintain).
  • Considerate/pre rinse Gentle Pressure washing.
  • Deck stripping and flood coat staining.
  • Must be able to work off all ladder heights up to 40'+
  • Carry 60 lbs
  • Must be able to read a paint can and a scope of work and follow the instructions; work independently occasionally.

  • Experiencia de enmascaramiento de manos/protección del valor adyacente.
  • Prácticas limpias, incluida la contención segura del plomo (nosotros capacitamos y usted mantiene).
  • Considerar/pre enjuague Lavado a presión suave.
  • Decapado de cubierta y tinción de capa de inundación.
