Job Summary and QualificationsThe Supervisor, Core Lab Quality supervises a variety of day-to-day operational functions of the chemistry section and manages the point-of-care testing program. This position provides technical bench work as needed to support workload demands.
What qualifications you will need:- Maintains active Clinical Laboratory Scientist (CLS) license in the State of California
- Comprehensive knowledge of laboratory principles, practices, and techniques
- Working knowledge of laboratory information systems
- Working knowledge of quality assurance/performance improvement programs
- Ability to work independently
- Strong oral and writing skills that communicate and motivate effectively
- Ability to identify and prioritize issues and concerns, generate and analyze feasible solutions, and choose and implement an optimal course of action
- Minimum of 3 years of hospital laboratory experience in General Laboratory testing including methodological details and quality control. Excellent interpersonal skills that reflect a positive attitude and a sense of commitment to our customers, employees, and community.

Los Robles Regional Medical Center is a 380+ bed acute care hospital dedicated to serving the residents of Ventura and Los Angeles Counties along with the Greater Conejo Valley.
