Under the direction of the Materials Manager, the Materials Processor/Cell Analyst will support materials movement and processes throughout the manufacturing site. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

· Perform all work in a safe manner following all safety policies, processes, and procedures

· Work closely with manufacturing, customer service, and the materials manager to resolve all issues

· Create purchase order requisitions and obtain approvals

· Complete transactions in SAP and ERP

· Effectively communicate with internal and external customers, staff, and management

· Coordinate inbound products

· Coordinate between operations, customer service, external and suppliers

· Participates in team projects for continuous improvement, 5s organization, and quality.

· Perform other duties as requested or assigned

QUALIFICATIONS:

· High School Diploma or equivalent required

· 4-5 years' experience in material handling

· 3+ years' experience in a variety of computer-based systems and programs including Microsoft Office and Outlook, ERP (Visual a plus), and SAP required

· Demonstrated written and verbal skills

· Must have a passion to service our customers

· Understanding and experienced in Cycle Counting

· Problem solving skills with the ability to think quickly and effectively resolve issues

· Time management skills and ability to meet deadlines

· Highly organized and ability to multi-task in a busy setting.

· Understanding of procedures and processes used to issue and transfer material

· Understanding of blueprints and bills of materials

· Flexibility to work required hours to complete tasks and special projects

Job Description
- Coordinates inbound and outbound logistical operations including inventory management, warehousing, and transportation to ensure sufficient supply of goods and products
