DETAILS
  • Nocturnist position - flexible schedule
Hospitalist Service
  • Average Daily Encounters: 82
  • Four-five physicians, one APP daily, seven days on/ seven days off; one swing shift APP, seven days on/seven off; one nocturnist per day
  • Scheduling 7:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. for day APP & MD; 1:00 p.m. to 1:00 a.m. for swing APP, 7:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m. for nocturnist

  • Medium-sized, full-service community hospital situated in a southern suburban area of Akron, Ohio
  • Modern facility is well equipped with recent renovations including newly renovated ED.
  • Very responsive back-up maintains good rapport with the Emergency Department and represents all specialties; only major trauma and severe pediatric cases are transferred; excellent support when needed is just minutes away at Akron Children s Hospital
