We are seeking a Crop Protection (CP) Data Analytics Leader. The CP Data Insight Leader is responsible for partnering with the CP Business Intel team to connect and link key business intel sources to provide reporting, visualization and analytics to stakeholders. This includes on-going development of the Spider operating environment and future enhancements in other related tools.

This position will not provide Visa Sponsorship.

What You'll Do:

  • Partner with BI Data Analyst to design and develop data access, collection discipline, and cleansing routines for Spider including standardization, transformation, rationalization, linking and matching.
  • Oversee existing Spider operating environment plus future enhancements.
  • Collaborate with BI team to identify insights and analytics opportunities, including selecting the relevant sources of information and formulating the correct hypothesis.
  • Coordinate the analysis and updates of required KPI's to track Corteva's performance versus benchmarks and competitors.
  • Provide statistical trend analysis for forecasting key variables for strategic planning.
  • Develop dashboards which provide clear understanding of metrics and ease of interpretation. Develop organizational confidence in sources and methods utilized.
  • Develop and sustain relationships with business to define key questions and benchmarks/insights.
  • Stay current on changing AI technology and potential application to Corteva.
  • Manage multiple stakeholders across various functions and region, ensuring effective communication and alignment of goals.

Qualifications

What Skills You Need:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Engineering, Information Technology, and Business Analytics or related
  • 5-10 years experience
  • Proficient in project management with the ability to work with both internal and external resources
  • Experience of implementing and using major analytics tools
  • Exceptional analytic skills to provide insights recommendations that convinces key Corteva stakeholders of business benefits
  • Experience managing and overseeing complex technology infrastructure program
  • Ability to prioritize opportunity and projects provided greatest return to Corteva
