About the Position:
Explore the opportunity to join our team as a Fund Accountant specialized in Private Equity within our Fund Administration department.
Responsibilities:
- Efficiently process and monitor daily cash movements for investment fund clients;
- Showcase strong task prioritization skills and the ability to handle multiple assignments independently;
- Manage time effectively to achieve set goals within deadlines;
- Handle daily cash operations for assigned funds;
- Ensure resolution of discrepancies and missing information with appropriate approvals;
- Prepare cash transactions and journal entries accurately;
- Engage in quarterly and annual audit activities; and
- Comprehend the contractual agreements between Alter Domus and the clients.
Requirements:
- Graduate with a strong background in accounting;
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities;
- CPA qualification or willingness to pursue CPA certification;
- Capability to manage multiple tasks, ambiguity, and work effectively in a team environment;
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel;
- Experience in private equity or financial services is advantageous.
