Service Delivery Design Process Expert – Cambridge, MA

Performing the translation of a services blueprint (for the new services offering in development by the PSSGP or equivalent service generation process), related detailed services admin and delivery (e2e from early customer engagement to end of services offering lifecycle) processes, into organizational designs and scaling–up approaches.

Your role:

  • Match needed organizational requirements as designed for the specific new services offering (on service generation process conceptual level, high level-and later detailed design level) on existing tooling and process to define the to be developed new organizational structures.
  • Responsible for requirements design and development of an organizational structure, with regards to tooling and processes that is scalable to deal with planned / forecasted growth. Works throughout the service generation process with BPSE organization to ensure designed enablers and interactions are optimized for organizational design and scalability.
  • Responsible for and able to prepare and executing test in the respective service generation process phases for verification and validation purposes of integral services offering (designed customer interactions, by using e.g. designed enabling hardware, software, detailed processes, work instructions, etc.)
  • Responsible for and able to validate that designed organization and scaling processes will perform in line with the set requirements.
  • Responsible for and able to ensure for operational staff, both customer facing and "back-office", is able to perform designed interactions and according to designed processes, in all scenarios as in design scope.
  • Analyzes different scenarios and/or organizational designs, and works with BPSE and other functions during design and enabler-design phases to ensure integral optimized designs for use in service generation processes.
  • Ensure M2O and O2C organizations are properly adapted according to set requirements and related organizational designs and scaling approaches, ensuring current operations are not disturbed.
  • Ensures activation of aspects such as catalogue, supply chain operations

You're the right fit if:

  • Bachelor or Master degree in business or technical field and at least 5 years of experience managing and executing implementation projects, preferably in a services environment implementing one or more new services
  • Proven work experience in service or (commercial) supply chain or service organization with a practical understanding of market operational sales and delivery processes
  • High degree of services process acumen related to services offer and capability development, deployment, and management at a central level and across markets.
  • Knowledge of I2M, M2O, O2C processes.
  • Understanding of PEPF-framework
