Within our 600-person Roswell manufacturing facility, we are seeking Warehouse Forklift and Equipment Repair Technician to help us achieve the growth needed to continue moving our organization to even larger levels

We Ask of You to:

  • Maintain, repair and PM all Warehouse equipment including but not limited to forklifts, batteries, chargers, roll-up doors, dock doors and racks, Trash compactors and Cardboard Bailers
  • Maintain and Repair plant Walkie Stackers and Powered Pallet jacks.
  • Ensure work orders, storeroom procedures and other assigned documentation is completed.
  • Maintain parts inventory and order parts as needed.
  • Maintain close communication with shift supervisor and department forepersons/supervisors.
  • Monitor all company policies and ensure compliance is achieved.
  • Must demonstrate, be able to perform and continue personnel/technical skill development.

Minimum Qualifications: Education and Experience:

  • This position requires 5-8 years of Heavy equipment repair experience (forklift maintenance a plus)
  • Hands-on experience utilizing a computerized maintenance management system.
  • Certified and/or willing to certify on on-site forklift fleet per company policy.
  • Must be able to demonstrate the ability to troubleshoot electrical systems on forklifts and electronic roll-up doors.
  • Must be able to weld Stick/MIG/TIG
  • Must be able to use shop equipment (Mill, Lathe, drill press, grinder etc. to fabricate parts.
  • Must be willing to work nights, days, holidays, weekends, and rotating shifts.
  • Must be able to lift up to 55 lbs., climb stairs, vertical ladders and inclined ladders, work with arms fully extended in front of body and above head. Must also be able to squat, kneel, crawl, lie on back and stomach, work in environments with varying degrees of temperature, work around chemical fumes, work in tight spaces and around sharp edges and work with hammering and impact tools.
  • Knowledge of hydraulics & electrical voltage AC/DC
