Job Summary:
The Department of Ophthalmology at the University of Miami School of Medicine is looking for a dedicated Clinical Staff Fellow. In this role, you will be responsible for providing direct patient care, participating in night and weekend on-call duties, and supervising residents in clinics and the operating room. Additionally, you will contribute to teaching and training residents in the Ophthalmic Training Program, along with taking on administrative tasks. The ideal candidate should possess an M.D. degree from a U.S. accredited residency-training program in ophthalmology, be board certified or board eligible, and hold a valid State of Florida Medical License or Medical Faculty Certificate.
This position is full-time and falls under the Staff category at the University of Miami, offering competitive salaries and a comprehensive benefits package that includes medical, dental, tuition remission, and more.
Minimum Qualifications:
- M.D. or D.O Degree
- Successful completion of an ACGME accredited residency program
