About the Opportunity:
Join our Oncology team in Las Vegas, Nevada, committed to providing patient-centered care within a well-equipped facility. This outpatient-only position offers a consistent schedule with a light call rotation for a healthy work-life balance. You'll have access to opportunities for professional growth, including optional involvement in research to supplement your career.
Practice Details:
- State-of-the-art clinic equipped with comprehensive oncology services including laboratory, chemotherapy, imaging, and infusion therapy
- Outpatient-only position with low patient volume, ensuring quality time during each appointment
- Future growth will allow physicians to participate in research and clinical trials if desired
Schedule:
- Monday through Friday schedule with a 1:9 call rotation
- Immediate patient load of 16 patients per day supported by a multilingual staff
Compensation & Benefits:
- Base salary correlates with experience and additional bonus opportunities tied to quality metrics
- Benefits package includes health, dental, vision, and 401(k) with matching
- 6 weeks of paid time off, paid licensing, and malpractice coverage with tail provided
- Sign-on bonus and relocation assistance offered
Location:
- Benefit from Nevada's tax climate, including no state income tax and low property tax rates
