Schedule
Alternative Work Schedule
7:30 AM-6:30 PM
The office is open Monday-Friday and two Saturdays per month

Qualifications and Skills
Previous experience in a customer service or receptionist role preferred
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
Proficiency in computer skills and experience with dental software a plus
Must be dependable, punctual, and able to work well independently as well as part of a team
A cheerful attitude and a genuine smile are a must
Bilingual in Spanish is required
Responsibilities Include
Greet patients with a warm and friendly demeanor as they arrive at the office.
Manage patient appointments and maintain the office schedule to ensure efficient operations.
Answer phone calls and emails promptly and professionally, providing information and scheduling appointments as needed
Verify insurance coverage and assist patients with billing and payment inquiries
Maintain a clean and organized front office area
Collaborate with the dental team to ensure seamless patient experiences
