Job Overview

The Marvin Experience Coordinator is responsible for monitoring and executing the strategy of the customer facing Learning Management System (LMS) and day-to-day oversight of supporting tasks. This position supports the platform and assists others across the organization on using the LMS, best practices for course setup, user experience and ongoing reporting of key performance indicators (KPIs).



Highlights of your role
  • Supports the day-to-day operations and maintenance of Marvin's customer facing Learning Management System (LMS) Marvin Learning.
  • Assists in implementing and maintaining all elements related to LMS functionality, including content integration, curriculum programs, LMS structure, and reporting.
  • Ensures that training content is accessible and properly working within the various learning platforms - without interruption, quality degradation, and without experiencing any avoidable technical issues that could diminish the overall user experience.
  • Creates and updates resources to train and support learners on how to use the technology for online and professional development.
  • Manages course enrollment including progress tracking.
  • Provides troubleshooting assistance for users regarding logging in to the LMS and accessing courses. Troubleshoots and resolves issues relating to system functionality and software systems.
  • Proactively researches and monitors newly released LMS features and functionality, providing recommendations for process improvements and implementation of new features.
  • Serves as point of escalation for support issues, which may include interaction with LMS vendor and other vendor support services.
  • Assist in the coordination and execution of Marvin Learning events and programs.
  • Communicate event details and manage event communication timelines.
  • Facilitate pre-event planning elements including project intake and meetings stakeholders and participants.
  • Manage logistics concerning transportation, facilitators, and space.
  • Collaborate with the Learning Experience Manager and Learning Experience Facilitators to ensure a successful experience for participants.
  • Assist with the development and dissemination of event follow-up materials.
  • Understand measurables/metrics prior to event and deliver results post-event.
  • Ensure events and programs fall within budget parameters.
  • Continually look for opportunities for streamlining processes.


You're a good fit if you have (or if you can)
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience
  • Minimum of 3 years experience supporting LMS platforms or supporting other software platforms.
  • Experience planning and organizing events or similar experiences preferred.
  • Experience in customer service.
  • Experience using Salesforce or related CRM platform preferred.
