As a member of the Corporate Technology team, you will work closely with the current Corporate IT Subject Matter Experts to help manage and maintain some of our business applications. You will be responsible for working tickets related to our systems across a variety of areas such as user security, general troubleshooting, basic user training, answering questions and monitoring recurring scheduled jobs with significant focus on month end process monitoring.

General Responsibilities:

  • Monitor software applications and document and analyze problems.
  • Develop test plans to verify logic of new or modified applications.
  • Maintain system documentation for Workday Security.
  • Plan, coordinate, test, and communicate changes, upgrades/maintenance schedules, and new services with IT and internal clients, ensuring business operations will operate correctly in current and future environments.
  • Administer and provision user accounts, groups, and role assignments.
  • Provide advice and training to end‐users.
  • Maintain current knowledge of relevant technologies and business processes.
  • Look for opportunities to automate processes.
  • Provide timely responses to questions regarding security role assignments in Workday.
  • Participates in process improvement initiatives/projects as directed.
  • Assists with audit monthly and quarterly requests.
  • Participates in the testing and/or documentation of new or existing applications.
  • Logs and tracks requests for service, basic problems/work tickets as required.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications:

  • Strong problem-solving skills for technology-related issues and complex business scenarios.
  • Must be a hardworking individual who is detail oriented, analytical, and inquisitive.
  • Good understanding of Workday Financials and/or Workday HCM business processes, security, and reporting
  • 1+ year experience in a similar position.
  • Ability to build strong relationships and work collaboratively on teams.
  • Excellent people skills.
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.

  • Self-directed management of work and results with the ability to work under minimal supervision.
  • Flexible and adaptive – able to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Any knowledge about Workday integration and technical skills be preferred.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Administration support and knowledge of finance applications like Kyriba/Blackline and High radius is highly desirable.
  • Knowledge of Kyriba payments module is highly desired.
