The HR Projects Manager is responsible for supporting strategic initiatives within the corporate HR store and omni support team. The HR Projects Manager will ensure a smooth and seamless execution of projects to the stores, understanding the working environment and recommending the best deployment strategies for the end user. This role will develop clear and concise project plans focusing on the people impact of any strategic store/omni initiative. The project plan will focus on minimizing disruption to the business, creating a positive environment for change, while ensuring that all applicable upstream and downstream implications are accounted for. In addition, this role will provide HR support for key HR projects and cycles.
  • Understand company priorities and the strategic goals of the business and ensure project goals are aligned.
  • Own all aspects of project execution including planning and schedule management
  • Communicate and collaborate cross-functionally and with HR Centers of Excellence (COEs) to ensure business requirements are met and reduce negative people impact
  • Integrate and manage the program and communication timeline by identifying all project interdependencies
  • Ensure all teams are updated on the status of projects and kept on the same page
  • Build documentation and materials to support project implementation and sustainability; ensure materials are branded consistently
  • Lead and influence others for timely completion of project activities
  • Monitor key program performance indicators and goals to ensure progress and success
  • Proactively seek and identify opportunities to contribute to growth and improvement in processes and programs
  • Other duties as assigned

Education & Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in relevant field or relevant work experience
  • 5+ years of HR experience
  • 5+ years of managing projects
  • Experience working in or supporting retail stores
