Job Title: Clinical Director
Location:
- Mesa, AZ
- Tucson, AZ
- Yuma, AZ
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM
- Rotating on-call duty, primarily phone-based, with occasional on-site presence during crisis situations.
Positions Available:
- 2 new roles due to organizational growth

License Requirements:
- Independent license highly preferred (LPC/LCSW)
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage crisis situations effectively, maintaining composure under pressure
- Supervise and support a diverse staff
- Engage in hands-on work with staff and patients, with limited desk time
- Develop and cultivate a positive team culture
Qualifications:
- Experience in behavioral health and substance abuse settings
- Proven crisis management skills
- Comfortable supervising a diverse team
- Independent license (LPC/LCSW) highly preferred
- Ability to remain calm in high-stress situations
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in staff development, including listening, evaluating, and providing feedback
- Physical stamina for long periods on your feet
- Adaptability and a willingness to learn and grow with the company
