Scheduler III

What We're Looking ForThe time is right to join HNTB's growing Design Build (DB) OrganizationWe are seeking candidates for a Scheduler III, with demonstrated experience on fast-paced transportation infrastructure projects, and with extensive P6 experience.This role is a key member of the project controls team, responsible for guiding multiple project teams in WBS and schedule development, collecting and reporting project progress and performance cost analysis, and earned value reporting.Develops "what if" scenarios to explore alternate sequencing in order to mitigate or avoid schedule delays.Prepares reporting from schedules including EVA analysis, integration of cost and schedule.Analyzes contract documents/construction documents (plans and specifications) to translate scope of work, milestones, contract time, and/or construction phasing and sequencing into the schedule.Assists project team in planning the work, including developing Work-Breakdown Structure (WBS), estimating durations, and sequencing the work (hard restraints and soft restraints).What You'll Need:In lieu of education, 10 years relevant experienceWhat We Prefer:AACE Planning & Scheduling Professional (PSP) or equivalentExperience preparing and/or reviewing project schedules using commercially available scheduling softwareExperience working as client's PM/CM agent (, providing program management/construction management services), or as part of design-build contractor (or equivalent design and construction experience)
