Director, Identity and Access Management (IAM) Delivery Director, Americas

The Identity and Access Management (IAM) Delivery Director, in the Americas is a crucial part of Eviden's Cybersecurity organization. This role requires advanced technical expertise along with strategic leadership and team management skills and client success experience. Accountable for IAM service maturity, team development, readiness and delivery, and client experience in the Americas. This role reports to the Head of Cybersecurity, Services, and Delivery for the Americas. This is a remote position with traveling based on business needs such as meeting with customers and partners.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

- Accountable for leading the day-to-day delivery service for IAM service delivery of service owners, engineers, and support staff for Access Control products including Authentication, Multifactor Authentication (MFA), Single Sign-on (SSO), federation, authorization, cloud security, etc.

-Build and manage a high-performing team of skilled professionals, including architects, engineers, and analysts

-Provide guidance, mentorship, and support to team members to foster their professional growth and development

-Oversee the implementation of IAM technologies, including identity provisioning, authentication, authorization, and privilege management

-Implementation of continuous improvement initiatives to optimize IAM processes, enhance efficiency, and increase customer satisfaction

-Work closely with IAM architects and engineers to implement scalable and secure IAM solutions that align with industry best practices and regulatory requirements

- Ensure employees maintain up-to-date configuration documentation for systems and processes.

- Rigorously maintain security systems and administer security configurations that reduce risk to enterprise systems and accounts

- Work in tandem with security leadership for annual strategic technology and budgetary directives

- Identify security risks and solutions and drive strategic planning and roadmap for the IAM products

-Collaborate with the line of business partners and other stakeholders across the company to support their business requirements and secure their commitment to IAM controls

Required Qualifications, US:

Skills, Knowledge, and Abilities
- Expertise in IAM principles, processes, and technologies
- Expert knowledge of overall IAM market dynamics
- Willingness to roll up your sleeves and get the job done when necessary
- Demonstrate strong skills in analyzing customer business processes and technical environments
- Demonstrate commitment to delivering projects within time and on budget and to a high level of customer satisfaction
- Experience developing identity and access management strategies, architectures, and implementation plans

Qualifications/Requirements

- At least 12 years in Information Technology

- At least 8 years in IAM consulting and project delivery

- At least 4 years architecting and leading complex identity and access management implementations in one or more of Digital Identity, Identity Governance and Administration, Workforce Federated Identity, Customer IAM, or Privileged Access Management

- At least 2 years leading a growing IAM services business

- Proven command of spoken and written English Language (ability to write publication quality level recommendations to clients)

- Information Security certifications such as CISSP, CISA, QSA or CISM are a plus
