Full Stack Lead Java Developer

Cognizant's Digital Engineering practice is seeking a highly qualified Full Stack Lead Java Developer with experience developing and building high-performing, scalable, enterprise applications. Responsibilities:

• Design and implement scalable and efficient software architectures using Spring Framework and Spring Boot.
• Oversee the development and deployment of applications on Linux environments.
• Provide technical expertise in Java 8, springboot, spring framework to ensure high-quality code and build processes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
• Utilize JDBC for database connectivity and ensure seamless data integration. - Lead the development of asset and wealth management solutions, leveraging domain expertise.
• Ensure code quality and maintainability through the use of best practices and design patterns.
• Implement and maintain version control using GIT for efficient collaboration and code management.
• Develop and maintain XML and JSON data structures for data interchange.
• Utilize SLF4J for logging and monitoring application performance. - Explore and integrate Kotlin and YAML for enhanced functionality and configuration management.
• Apply JPA for object-relational mapping and database interactions.
• Conduct unit testing using JUnit5 to ensure code reliability and performance.
• Leverage Lombok to reduce boilerplate code and improve development efficiency.
• Provide mentorship and guidance to junior developers, fostering a culture of continuous learning.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to drive innovation.
• Qualifications - Possess strong technical skills in Linux, Maven, Spring Framework, JDBC, Java, Gradle, and Spring Boot.
• Demonstrate experience in asset and wealth management domain.
• Nice to have skills include XML, GIT, JSON, SLF4J, Kotlin, YAML, design patterns, JPA, JUnit5, and Lombok.
• Exhibit excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Show strong communication and collaboration abilities.
• Maintain a proactive and self-driven approach to work.
• Display a commitment to continuous improvement and learning.
• As a lead application developer having hands on in development and leading the team with minimal guidance.
• Work with product owner and develop the user stories
• Provide guidance to the team member with technical issues
• Work in the agile model with two week of sprint and provide demo to the team.

Required Qualifications

Expecting 8 to 12 years of experienced Strong Java Full stack Lead Developer in Java, MicroServices and PCF Cloud platform.

Front-end:

React JS, Redux, Java Script, ECMA

Designing front-end interfaces

Building tools that improve site interaction

Creating and implementing UI/UX designs

Coding in client-side programming languages

Java:

Java 8, Spring Framework, Spring Cloud, PCF

Designing back-end systems

Supporting the full application lifecycle

Building relational or non-relational databases

Coding in server-side programming languages

Java Full Stack, PCF, Spring Boot, Microservices, React JS, Java Script : Shell script
