  • Architect, develop, and implement comprehensive projects utilizing an Agile and User-Centered Design methodology.
  • Create a next-generation trade processing system leveraging a component-based service-oriented architecture and adhering to SOLID design principles.
  • Engage with a real-time platform that encompasses trade and position management, risk assessment, collateral and interest handling, margining, fees and commissions, balances, and market reporting. Our systems connect to over 50 exchanges globally, providing real-time trading data to both buy-side and sell-side clients.
  • Influence the future of financial technology through innovative, low-touch, real-time, high-performance products. Propose, design, and advance product evolution that generates business value for end-users and/or minimizes Total Cost of Ownership.
  • Quickly adapt to a technology stack that includes Java, C#, HTML5, Guice, Oracle, and reporting tools such as Jasper Reports and BIRT, alongside a test automation framework utilizing Robot Framework.
Required Skills, Experience, and Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in product development, focusing on designing and coding complex enterprise applications in Core Java (Java 8+).
  • Strong understanding of multithreading, design patterns, data structures, and algorithms.
  • Proficient in SQL with familiarity in database technologies and concepts such as DB Partitioning, Sharding, and Indexing.
  • Experience with dependency injection frameworks like Spring or Guice.
  • Familiarity with test-driven development, including Unit and Acceptance / End-to-End Testing.
  • Experience in Agile software development methodologies (e.g., SCRUM or KANBAN) and/or User-Centered Design processes.
  • Proficient with build automation tools such as Jenkins for Continuous Integration (CI) and Continuous Delivery (CD), Maven, and Gradle.
  • Exceptional analytical skills and innovative problem-solving abilities.
  • Able to work in an agile environment, continuously seeking improvements to enhance efficiency.
  • Proficient in test automation practices.
  • Ability to understand client needs and deliver high-quality support.
  • Collaborative approach to problem-solving.
