What you'll be doing:

  • Assessing financial statements and credit reports to determine client eligibility
  • Handling inbound calls and applications from potential clients across various marketing channels
  • Assisting customers in assessing their financial situations and presenting suitable solutions, including program enrollment
  • Providing accurate financial information to customers
  • Building consultative relationships with customers throughout the process
  • Aligning client needs with program benefits to expedite their financial independence
  • Processing orders using company databases and systems

Basic Qualifications:

  • Preferred 3 years of continuous inside sales experience
  • Experience in lending is a plus but not mandatory
  • Demonstrated success in commissioned sales
  • Proven track record of sales achievements
  • Ability to establish and maintain customer relationships
  • Capacity to develop sales strategies for different customer accounts
  • Previous account base management experience
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent (not a strict requirement)
