THE ROLE

Our ideal candidate will have expansive entertainment industry knowledge, excellent communication and client management skills. In addition, the candidate will be detail-oriented and well-organised with the ability to implement software and/or new features or tools for new and existing clients. We seek a self-starter who is able to work in a fast-paced, dynamic and deadline-driven environment while balancing a large range of personalities. Our end result is the expectation that transitions are smooth because our clients are well-educated on workflows. The ultimate goal is high customer satisfaction and a high confidence in the AXS brand.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

• Assess/evaluate client needs for initial scope of project

• Manage multiple clients and projects/tasks simultaneously

• Develop detailed project plans, including comprehensive task list and realistic timelines

• Manages client expectations proactively developing long term relationships

• Establish strong rapport with clients and team members

• Ability to interface well with all levels of the organisation

• Strong presentation skills and the ability to provide online meetings and training sessions for clients

• Maintains product knowledge, implementing and training latest features of the product at client site

• Mentoring and training new employees

• Internal collaboration to communicate client needs and issues


KEY SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

Extensive experience of venue/ticketing industry with a passion for the industry

• Thorough understanding of Box Office and Ticketing operations

• Must be able to travel to meet with clients and support events as needed, including nights, weekends, and holidays

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office

• Strong client management and services experience

• Excellent communication, management, interpersonal, negotiation and leadership skills required

• Advanced conflict resolution skills required

• Fluency in English is a plus

• Strong analytics and reporting experience

• Customer focus and adaptability to different personality types

• Ability to multi-task, set priorities and manage time effectively

• Ability to adapt and remain flexible in a dynamic environment


• Coaching and mentoring experience
