Our Sturtevant, WI location is part of our Meat Division and creates dry seasoning blends for meat and snacks items that spice up the life of Kerry customers. What You'll DoThe typical hiring range for this role is $25.50 per hour and is based on several factors including but not limited to education, work experience, certifications. This position may also be eligible for a shift differential and/or overtime. Green Days Floater 12 hour Shift
- Ability to follow all Safety SOPs and GMP requirements. Primary duties will be supporting batching and pulling where most needed on any given day.
- The Floater will be assigned to areas of need on any given day.
- Floater will need to know how to successfully perform Batcher, Puller and Shopper duties.
- Including the ability to accurately read and operate a scale, able to be authorized as an order picker operator and a Bendi operator.
- Adhere to all allergen control and sanitation SOPs.
- Job will require ability to safely lift/carry 50 lb bags, boxes, totes repeatedly throughout the workday.
- The right candidate will be able to accurately perform transactions and job assignments in SAP. Other duties as required.
- Organizational & excellent communication skills.
- Ability to read, write and communicate in English at a level to facilitate the understanding of the terminology of the job.
- Basic computer experience.
- Ability to comprehend and follow written and/or verbal procedures or instructions.
- Previous manufacturing and blending operation experience preferred.
- Previous work experience within a food manufacturing and distribution environment preferred.
- Previous experience with scanners/RF guns preferred.

- Physical Requirements:
- Ability kneel, bend, squat, carry, reach, stand, grip, push, pull, arm extensions and perform elevated work.
- Ability to work in hot, cold or wet environments. Environment may be dust filled at times
- Ability to lift continuously.
- Ability to work overtime and use a flexible schedule.
- Ability to walk up to 135 feet one way many times a day.
- Ability to continuously stand/walk up to 12 hours.
- Ability to climb stairs or ladder.
