Where You'll Work

Our Sturtevant, WI location is part of our Meat Division, creating dry seasoning blends for meat and snack items. We work hard, play hard, and give back to the community through our Kerry employee engagement program.

What You'll Do
  • Perform routine cleaning tasks, such as sweeping, mopping, and dusting to maintain cleanliness in various areas of the facility.
  • Handle chemicals with provided training and follow all rules and regulations to ensure safety and quality.
  • Operate cleaning equipment, such as floor scrubbers, vacuum cleaners, and pressure washers, safely and effectively.
  • Follow established sanitation protocols to prevent cross-contamination and ensure compliance with food safety standards.
  • Assist with inventory management by organizing and maintaining sanitation supplies and equipment.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous experience in janitorial or sanitation work preferred, but not required.
  • Ability to follow instructions and work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness.
What We Offer
