Location: Multiple facilities within one county
About Us: We are a leading provider of behavioral health and substance abuse services dedicated to delivering compassionate and effective care. We are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced Director of Crisis Services to oversee our crisis intervention programs across multiple facilities.
Job Description: As the Director of Crisis Services, you will play a pivotal role in managing the operations, team development, and budgetary aspects of our crisis intervention services. This position requires flexibility and adaptability, as no two days will be the same. You will travel between multiple facilities within one county to ensure the highest standards of care and operational efficiency.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee day-to-day operations of crisis services across multiple facilities.
- Manage and develop large teams, providing leadership and support.
- Ensure compliance with federal and state guidelines and regulations.
- Develop and implement effective crisis intervention strategies.
- Manage budgetary expensing and financial operations.
- Provide on-call support one week per month.
- Foster a positive and productive work environment.
- Ensure high-quality care and support for patients in crisis.
Qualifications:
- Extensive crisis intervention experience.
- Proven experience in managing large teams.
- Ability to be flexible and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.

Pay Details: $120,000.00 to $130,000.00 per yearBenefit offerings available for our associates include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and a 401K plan. Our benefit offerings provide employees the flexibility to choose the type of coverage that meets their individual needs. In addition, our associates may be eligible for paid leave including Paid Sick Leave or any other paid leave required by Federal, State, or local law, as well as Holiday pay where applicable.
