Spherion Staffing is hiring Call Center Representatives for client in Fort Wayne, IN

Shift:
Must be able to work 8am-5pm, Monday - Friday
Pay is $18/HR-$20/HR

Responsibilities:
Responsible for successfully completing the required basic training.
Able to perform basic job functions with help from co-workers, specialists and managers on non-basic issues.
Primary duties may include, but are not limited to: Responds to customer questions via telephone and written correspondence regarding insurance benefits, patient registration, and appointment scheduling
Researches and analyzes data to address operational challenges and customer service issues.
Provides external and internal customers with requested information.
Uses computerized systems for tracking, information gathering and troubleshooting.

Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Skills:
Previous experience in greeting and registering patients in a prompt, pleasant and warm manner
Previous experience in appointment scheduling
Previous experience updating and inputting insurance information
Requires limited knowledge of company services, products, insurance benefits, provider contracts and claims.
Clear understanding of HIPPA
Seeks, understands and responds to the needs and expectations of internal and external customers.
Required to meet department goals.

Education:
High School

Experience:
1-4 years

Qualifications:
Requires a HS diploma or equivalent
At least 1 year of previous experience in a medical customer service environment; or any combination of education and experience, which would provide an equivalent background.
