Central Control Level 1 – PM

Level 1 – Efficient in the following Areas

Label Printing: Meets expectation in printing label requests and making sure printers are up and working

  • Make sure that the label requested will be always printed correctly
  • Keeps systematic flow of releasing printed labels.
  • Must always follow label request rules.
  • Print labels in a timely manner.
  • Replenish blank labels needed in the office.
  • Keeps printers clean after shift.
  • Reports must be organized before the shift ends.
  • Must keep minimal label errors or NO Errors as much as possible.
  • Calls service for printers if needed.

Equipment and supply: meet expectation in availability and releasing equipment and supply to production per request.

  • Ensuring that supplies are readily available as much as possible.
  • Must inform supervisor if inventory runs low in all areas (office, inventory cage, supply cage).
  • Keeps areas of supplies organized all the time (office, inventory cage, supply cage).
  • Constantly checks and refill PPE in hygiene room and production entry area.
  • Production request must be met as soon as possible.
  • Assist employee with any equipment or supply they need.
  • Keeps records of all equipment and supplies that was released.

Employee Orders: Takes orders and have it available for employee to pick up.

  • Takes employee orders when asked.
  • Explains the rules on how, what and when can products bought for employee order.
  • Knows how much a product when asked.
  • Gets the list ready and orders from leads of each department on days of Pick Up.
  • Gets the deduction sheets ready.
  • Collects the orders and have it ready for pick up before 2:00PM on Mondays and Thursdays.
  • Ensure that the products are ready before pick up.
  • Informs employee if the product will not be available, when can it be ready and why if it will not be made.

Deduction Sheets: Release receipt to employees when they buy product.

  • Fill the employee deduction sheet with Employees name, ID number, date, and Crew number.
  • Write products info and prices on the deduction sheet correctly.
  • Ensures that deduction sheet was signed before releasing the product and deduction sheet pink copy to employee.

Kronos Clock Registry: Expert in registering New Employee to Kronos Clock and explaining how it's been used.

  • Register New Employee in Kronos clock.
  • Respectfully explains how and when to use the clock.
  • Informs employees where to ask when they have questions with their punches.

Vending Machine: Refills vending machines in lunch rooms as often as needed

  • Checks availability of products from supervisor.
  • Checks vending machine for any expired products.
  • Records all products that were added and taken out of vending machine.
  • Informs supervisor or manager if the machine is not working properly.
  • Cleans the vending machine slots if needed.
  • Must not touch the MONEY in the machine.

AXAPTA Usage: Knowledgeable in using AXAPTA program.

  • Must be a trained AXAPTA user: Knows the most important steps production needs from AXAPTA.
  • Ensure that all Work Orders are uploaded with correct information's daily.
  • Must know how to use and Reboot an AXAPTA Scan Gun.

Orders, Tallies and Other Reports: Prints Orders, tallies and other reports as needed.

  • Get tallies readily available for production when it is requested.
  • Prints material tracking and efficiencies when asked.
  • Prints orders if needed.
  • Sends Order request via email if needed.

General Rules: Complies with general rules needed in the Office

  • Treats employee with respect at all times.
  • Assist employee with any questions they have.
  • Follow GMP's at all times.
  • Must keep high energy level in the area.
  • Trustworthy
  • Reports any issues immediately to supervisor.
  • Reports theft immediately to supervisor.
  • Reports offensive language, Sexual Harassment or fighting to Supervisor.
  • Keeps areas safe at all times.
  • Keeps the office clean and organize.
  • Suggests new ways in order to keep better control on all aspects in the area.
