Exciting Job Opportunity:
Are you ready to take on a key role in shaping the learning and development content for a significant segment of our North American operations? As the Sr. Analyst, Training Content, you will be at the forefront of creating comprehensive training materials, implementing effective onboarding strategies, and delivering impactful certifications. This position entails overseeing content development, managing training initiatives, and ensuring seamless learning experiences across various platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work closely with the Senior Manager of Training to develop and launch engaging training materials tailored to diverse stakeholders within the QSR industry
- Utilize tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Articulate Storyline 360, and video production software to enhance training content, with experience in Rise being an added advantage
- Engage with multiple stakeholder groups to create and maintain content that supports restaurant operations and training programs
- Effectively manage content on an LMS platform, ensuring course completion, user group management, and regular reporting
- Communicate training needs and initiatives to internal teams, manage course reporting, and provide support for virtual classes
- Demonstrate a positive attitude, adaptability, organizational skills, and a commitment to continuous improvement
- Prioritize and drive progress on multiple projects weekly, aligning efforts with short- and long-term objectives
- Assist in collecting data, developing materials, and gathering feedback from stakeholders to enhance training effectiveness
Desired Skills:
- Bachelor's Degree in fields such as Instructional Design, Education, or Business is required
- Proven experience in developing training materials and blended learning programs, preferably in the restaurant sector
- Familiarity with managing content on an LMS platform, ideally Docebo
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud applications, Articulate Storyline 360, and other design tools
- Knowledge of adult learning principles and experience with instructional design methodologies
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to collaborate across departments
- Passion for learning and development, coupled with a drive to inspire creativity and innovation within teams
- Preferably hold an ATD Master Instructional Designer certificate
